Common questions

What does "unlimited" mean on Full Access?

Full Access includes unlimited document uploads, calculator runs, and AI chat messages. There are no monthly caps or per-message charges. Use the tools as much as you need throughout your subscription year.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel your Full Access subscription any time from Billing in Settings; it stays active until the end of your paid period, then deactivates. For Practice Workspace, cancel any time from Manage subscription (Stripe billing portal). Need a higher tier (Essentials to Standard to Growth)? Contact us directly; tier upgrades are not self-serve in the portal yet.

Is there a free trial?

Full Access includes a 7-day free trial. Card required at checkout (Stripe). You are not charged until day 7. Cancel any time before day 7 from Billing in your account to pay nothing. After day 7, your subscription renews at £49/year. Your practice workspace includes a 14-day free trial. Card required at checkout (Stripe); you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends from Manage subscription (Stripe billing portal) to pay nothing. After day 14, new workspaces renew at their flat monthly tier rate; legacy per-seat workspaces renew at their existing seat rate.

Do NHS clients count as paid Practice Workspace seats?

No. Your firm pays for advisers and staff who need workspace access. NHS clients can register free, grant consent, upload evidence, and revoke access without using a paid seat.

Does the platform support Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland?

Yes. You choose an NHS pay region in settings. Tax calculators use Scottish income tax bands when you are a Scottish taxpayer, recognise Welsh taxpayer coding and Welsh rates of income tax when they apply, and use UK income tax bands for Northern Ireland (the same marginal structure as England).

How does Practice Workspace onboarding work?

After you subscribe or start a trial, an in-app checklist on Client Readiness guides your firm: activate billing with Stripe, add logo and colours on the branding page, then send your first client consent invite from Settings. Progress ticks off as you go, and the card can be dismissed once you are live. The self-serve workflow is designed for specialist firms advising NHS professionals: create a workspace, configure branding, send a consent link, let clients upload evidence, review readiness, chase missing documents, and generate a branded pack before the meeting. It is especially useful for AISMA-qualified or NHS-specialist accountants handling pensions, annual allowance, P60s, payslips, self-assessment, and evidence-heavy NHS client work; NHS-focused IFAs and financial planners use the same workflow for pension strategy and retirement-planning evidence.
